Jeff Norman Obituary, Death – As of Thursday, October 19, 2023, Jeffrey Alvin Norman, who was 63 years old and a resident of Villa Rica, Georgia, passed away. Carrollton, Georgia was the location of his birth on October 19, 1960. He was the son of Alvin Norman, who passed away, and Mary Ann Shadrix Norman, who also passed away.
He received his diploma from Temple High School in 1978 and went on to spend a significant amount of time working in sales for Vanguard Truck Centers. Car shows, English bulldogs, gardening, and cooking on his smoker were some of his favorite things to do. He was a huge supporter of the Georgia Bulldogs.
Over the course of his life, Jeffrey was a devoted member of the Abilene Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Deborah Norman and Clara Denise Norman, in addition to his parents. His parents had passed away before him. He is survived by his devoted wife, Tina Dix Norman; his children, Kyle and Jenny Norman of Carrollton, Georgia; Chris Brooks of Brookhaven, Georgia; and April Brooks of Birmingham, Alabama; his grandchildren,
Clara Grace Norman and Kimberly Brooks; his great-grandchildren, Knox Braggs and Weston Braggs; and his cherished bulldog, Tybee. His memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him. The chapel of Martin & Hightower Funeral Home will be the location of the funeral services that will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at four o’clock during the afternoon.
On Saturday, the family will be present at the funeral home to greet friends beginning at 2:00 PM and continuing until the time of the service. Those guys who have been selected to serve as honorary pallbearers are as follows: Teddy Bailey, Jeff South, Mike Bloodworth, Garry Shadrix, Justin Williams, Barry Driver, Conner Maxwell, Knox Braggs, and Weston Braggs.
