The Audi driver who struck Janae Edmondson was recognized as, 21-year-old Daniel Riley. According to the New York Post, specialists said that Riley was purportedly driving 45 mph in a 20 mph zone when he barreled through the caution sign in the city and struck a vehicle that hit Edmondson.
